Experience
Paige focuses her practice on defending the interests of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Maryland. She represents clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and in appellate courts across the state, providing strategic, results-driven advocacy at every stage of the claims process—from the initial filing through the resolution of appeals. Paige is committed to delivering practical guidance and effective legal solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Prior to joining Tarpine, Heller & Pendergrass, Paige worked in private practice where she handled workers’ compensation and criminal matters representing claimants and defendants. Paige has also served as a Special Victim’s Prosecutor in Baltimore City, addressing cases related to child sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking. Additionally, she worked at a personal injury firm, representing victims who were abused by individuals in positions of authority, including those affiliated with religious institutions.
