Experience

Justin focuses his practice on representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in proceedings before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and in appeals throughout Maryland. Justin provides thorough, strategic, and aggressive representation designed to address each client’s unique needs.

During law school, Justin was a student attorney with the Bob Parsons Veterans Advocacy Clinic where he represented veterans in obtaining disability compensation related to their service. Prior to becoming an attorney, Justin worked as a paralegal at Tarpine, Heller & Pendegrass and attended law school in the evenings.
